Various types of tongue-tie require different procedures; still, preparation and stretching exercises enable the tongue to be better prepared for whichever tongue-tie procedure you may have.
The exercises you do prior will allow the frenulum to be thinner, promote movement and move the blood vessels and nerves. The post-exercises will prevent tissue reattachment during the rapid healing process, which may otherwise create more problems than you originally had.
Some practitioners will give you these exercises as part of their treatment plan, but not all do. I will prepare you and enable your procedure to be the success you would hope it to be.
